Prequalification requirements

- · Company profile with product or service catalogue
- · Price list with lead times and minimum order quantities
- · Trade references from at least two current clients
- · Proof of quality standards or manufacturer authorisation, where applicable

Send your documents by email. We review and add compliant vendors to our approved list.
2. Quote
Approved vendors receive requests for quotation with clear specifications and quantities.
3. Supply
Deliveries are checked against the purchase order on receipt, and invoices processed against agreed terms.
