Frequently asked questions

How do I get a quote?
Send us your drawings, measurements or even a photo of the opening through the Get a Quote form, WhatsApp or a call. For most jobs we then arrange a free site assessment before issuing a written, itemised quotation.
Do you charge for site visits?
Site assessments within Nairobi are part of our quoting process. For sites further out we agree any travel cost with you in advance — you'll never be surprised by a charge.
How long does a typical installation take?
It depends on scope. A shower cubicle or a small window package moves quickly, while facade cladding or a full office fit-out is programmed over a longer period. Your quotation states the expected timeline for your specific job. [FILL IN: confirm standard lead times with the client]
What areas do you serve?
We are based in Nairobi and work across the city and surrounding counties, with capacity for projects further afield in Kenya. Ask us about your location.
Which glass should I use for a bathroom or balcony?
Wet areas and edge protection call for toughened (tempered) or laminated safety glass. We advise on the right thickness and treatment for each application as part of the design and quotation step.
How do I pay?
Payments are made to Pay Bill 522522, Account 7783817. Our KRA PIN (P052516786X) appears on every invoice, and we issue proper documentation for corporate and institutional clients.
Do you offer after-sales support?
Yes. We adjust, service and supply spares for the systems we install, and we stay reachable on the same phone number after handover.
